eCommerce Operations Director
CLAWGUARD is looking for a self-motivated and detailed focused eCommerce Operations Director for our 3rd party and website marketplaces. This role will be responsible for receiving and processing purchase orders and invoices for all eCommerce operations. As a leader of operations, you will work in partnership with Logistic and Warehouse teams, ensuring that all orders are being filled from the proper warehouses and that we have sufficient inventory to fill orders.

As the Social Media Coordinator, you increase client engagement and brand awareness for CLAWGUARD across multiple social media channels. You focus on establishing brand awareness, equity and preference by creating, posting and managing content that aligns with the brand strategy. You work closely with company writers, designers and external agencies to ensure current, informative and engaging content is posted on time. You are the go-to resource and a subject matter expert (SME) for our organic social media presence, processes and implementation.
